We at Biocura have formulated each product to deliver best results, transparently. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.
We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:
- You have received a wrong shipment
- You have received a damaged product
- You have received an expired product
Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?
- You have opened/ used/ altered products.
- You have original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
- The return/ replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.
Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorsteps.
Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24 hours.
