Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm dispatch and therefore acceptance of the order.

In case of Cash on Delivery orders, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Your order request will only be accepted once you have confirmed your order on the email/ mobile.

Dispatch of all the product(s) ordered, may or may not happen at the same time.

The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handing them over to our trusted delivery partners.

Our delivery partners will bring the package to you as early as possible. In case, they are unable to reach the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

We dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

There are no shipping charges for the orders equal and above the billing value of INR 600. However, if your order is less than INR 599, there will be a shipping charge of INR 50. 

Biocura does not ship outside India at the moment.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Thanks for ordering Biocura. If you have entered the wrong address, there is a small window of time (1 hour after placing your order) to try and fix this situation. If your order has not yet shipped and you wish to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please note that when you place an order with us, the liability for your package is between you and the carrier. We do not make any exceptions to this policy. If your item has been marked as delivered, try these recommendations to help track down your package:

  • Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
  • Check with neighbours to see if your package got dropped off nearby.
  • Mail carriers sometimes updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up before contacting us.
